I had two Avi leathers back in high school. I had the one Nas had in this pic, but in a different color way that was mostly navy blue.

And no, Avi’s was like $450-600 back in the 90’s. Pelle’s on the other hand often retailed for like $1800 back in the early 90’s. Because Pelle’s were often made of butter soft European leather. Avirex leathers had a habit of chaffing because of the grade of leather they used.

None of the Avi designs they retro’d are that clean in my opinion. The cleanest Avi’s were the Indian heads, but they won’t retro those because it’s considered “racist” today.

I had an avirex jacket in 2002 , not rocking that bullshyt no more.I got 2 Canada goose vests now no more leathers

They retro’d that exact design recently. And they asking $1500 for it. I guess adjusted for inflation, they only really asking a few hundos more than the originals.
