None of those cases would hold up in court and if challenged by someone who’s actually innocent would end up like the vid posted where they have to pay millions for that nonsense
I don't know they just arrested some dude who was in there doing shyt like that for months. They usually wait until they get enough for a felony then when that person is in the store and tries to shoplifting they call the police.

The jails don't want to take in any shoplifters so they usually just get let go.

The key with target is to not hit up the same one....and if you forget to scan an item don't let it be some major appliance...stick to shyt under $100.

If you do get a TV then don't fukking go back to that same target

Some of y'all gonna get hemmed up using self-checkout at Walmart. That's why I refuse to shop there. The store could be packed and they'll have like 2 cashier's up front total.

Store: "You stole items you didn't pay for."
Customer: "No I didn't, here is my receipt."
Store: "Our apologies."

Store: "You stole items you didn't pay for."

Store: "Do you have a receipt?"
Customer: "No, but I paid with my card."
Store: "Oh we found the transaction in our system. Our apologies."

Simple. This lawyer is either an idiot or trolling

How many videos are there on the internet of people fighting store employees over goods?

I don't get it because when I walk by and the person asks for the receipt I just give it to them. A few times cacs want to sift through the bags to make sure everything is accounted for but I guess that's their job. I just keep it moving. I understand why some people go off and it escalates to someone getting their ass beat, shot or arrested but I don't condone it.

The best way to steal is playing dumb and according to her stores have a 0 tolerance rule. When i was a teenager I'd switch the tags on macys clothes and go to check out and they never questioned why I was getting some sean john for 20$. 5 years ago before they installed cameras in the self check out at Walmart it was a easier to steal then conventional stealing. Every other iteam i just put right into the bag.

The boosting game is up now. The bar code trick is something new but way to much effort.

As long as you pay with cash, they really have nothing on you that could incriminate you besides a pixelated picture.
