Nah the cops were following him before the body cam clip started. He pulled over, you can see the 3rd brake on. I do believe they were tipped though.

They was definitely tipped off. the entire van smelled like weed cuz of all the product he had. Think that pack on the side was as a last resort to try and throw the police off, not cuz he was smoking. No way he can be that dumb. I refuse to believe it,,, They cuffed him soon as he got out the car which is why I know they knew what they stopped him for. He almost shytted on himself when they asked him last time he smoked weed… I think he definitely shifted on himself after they cuffed him. He came close as hell to being killed for reaching… it might have been best for him to go out sad like that after the time he’s about to get and even then, might get done dirty…. Don’t do drugs and don’t sell drugs is all I can say…
