Though im holding out hope that Deron can get back to the level he once was, im starting to doubt it right now. Maybe he does need an extended break to get back to near superstar status. But something is clearly wrong with his game, and has been for a couple of years now.

If he gets back in shape and fully heals I'm confident he'd be back at superstar status again, but unfortunately that probably won't happen this season.

I'm still waiting nikka. What am I missing?

Let's see:

MVP - He's the ONLY player in the league that can claim that
Title-finals MVP - He's the ONLY player in the league that can claim that
Olympic Gold - I don't know why you mentioned this, did you forget Deron was at the Olympics?
Averaging 27-8-7 - Once again, he's the ONLY player that can claim that

You listed a current-resume that NOBODY in the league has and you use it as evidence to show why Deron is an imposter?

:rudy:

I was just going to ignore your first response because I really didnt think you were that stupid, so I had typed out a lengthy explanation but then I thought about it and erased it cause I said to myself how did everybody comprehend except for this clown? I don't know if you're just looking for a debate or what. My guess is your simple ass just focused more on the resume and not the point of the post. One guy plays the game at the highest of plateaus in a compacted regular season, playoffs, olympics, and regular season again without complaint, and the other doesnt. Fatigue makes cowards and impostors of us all. Williams is clearly the impostor

How did I know you were gonna reply with some dumb shyt like that?

You used Bron's resume as a backdrop that shows he's been more successful than 100% of the league, let alone a player who's been far from healthy over the last immediate season(s) and can't play to the best of his abilities because injuries are holding him back. You're showing your stupidity and overall ignorance of Deron's situation; he's dealing with an injury (bone spurs in ankle) that had one of the greatest shooters in history putting up the worst percentages of his career + he's had a wrist injury that has been an ongoing problem since the start of 2011 (he's already had surgery on it once).

He was quoted by saying "It probably would have been smarter to take some time off and get a little bit of rest, especially on my legs, and my ankles in general." - you don't think Bron would have reflected along the same lines - if he went through the same health-issues and failed to perform at his best (Heat didn't win the championship + other hypo variables)?

The whole fatigue factor is that he hasn't allowed his body to repair itself properly.

You saw he answered two of your posts with gifs and smilies. That's what simpletons do when they have no response

No because it's obvious he didn't weigh into account his current health-situation at all. And what kind of stupid argument is 'Bron plays at a higher level and has more accomplishments than Deron'? Like that doesn't apply to 99% of the league?
