I was actually surprised at my results. Was thinking I’d be just right of the center, and slightly authoritarian. It was the social issue questions at the end that got me close to the center; otherwise, I’d be even more left. Mainly agree/disagree answers until I got to those questions, then it became strongly agree/disagree. I’ve always said I was socially conservative, though.

I'm not apart of the “both sides” committee but what does this mean for me :ohhh:

If I do that. Will you man up, apologize for lying on me and stop @‘ting me with this weird shyt every week?

Interesting. Seems like a lot of us are slightly left leaning and slightly libertarian leaning. I imagine a lot of rational and reasonable people are the same. I think what should be mentioned though, is we're not that far away from being right center. That's why it's not surprising to see so many people online end up going down the right wing rabbit hole. They just need a nudge here and there, or you could say a YouTube video here or there, or an article from the Federalist with a ring of truth, or a New York Post article, or an influencer on IG with muscles and Nordic tattoos, etc..

I voted down ballot Democrat in every election from 2000-2016. Saw the conditions in my community continue to deteriorate but still stayed “on code” with the mainstream Black political agenda.

I voted Green Party in 2016 and brothers on here called me a c00n, idiot and Russian asset.

Around 2018 I started stating that Black folks deserve more for being the Democratic Party’s most enthusiastic and consistent voting block . I suggested we register as Independents, make our moves less predictable, and sit on the fence politically until someone comes and pulls us off with specific targeted policy. Then brothers started calling me a MAGA Cac.

I voted for Obama during the first term and thought he was going to be this amazing change up from Bush, but when he never delivered, especially for black people and went on television often to bash black men, I started calling the dude out. Dude would conveniently skirt around associating himself with anything black, talking about stuff like, "I'm not the president of black America. I'm everybody's president." But then when this negro needed the black vote, he will show up on tv dribbling a basketball and kicking it with rappers and goes on tv to tell us that 'pookie and rayray' need to get out to vote. Kamala Harris reiterated the same thing. What really got me mad was this whole Obamacare thing where if you didn't have insurance, you'd get fined. This plan came from the Republicans in the first place and was a handout to insurance companies, but we were supposed to act like it was great because Obama pushed it. And we've all heard that statement about Obama playing chess not checkers and how he was supposed to do something once he got a second term... and he did nothing, and then we were supposed to wait until he got out of office... and he did nothing.

When the Democrats really started pivoting into this super weird party that's all about LGBT, feminism, banning guns, abortion and upholding illegal immigration, while simultaneously putting blacks on the backburner, then what in that appeals to me? What makes the modern Democrats so smart is they know how to play the 'big tent' game well and they've coopted the black struggle and realigned that with THEIR struggle, and they've even done it so well that asian, latino and white liberals can feel free to essentially call black men c00ns and sellouts for not voting Democrat and nothing is said. "Woke" used to be about recognizing and being aware of white supremacy, but now it has been coopted and somehow all the liberal groups have been pulled into that tent. That's the game that's played over and over... use the black struggle to generate sympathy, and when it's time to pay out reparative efforts, play terminology games so that everyone else can get in line and get some soup out of the pot first.

BLM is the perfect example of this. Black men and women were killed, but here is who they prioritize:

We affirm the lives of Black queer and trans folks, disabled folks, undocumented folks, folks with records, women, and all Black lives along the gender spectrum. Our network centers those who have been marginalized within Black liberation movements.

LGBT, illegals, prisoners, women (feminism) and last of all black lives... but this struggle was built off of 'black lives' and yet they are last in priority.

The reason 'both-siders' go so hard on the Democrats is because their followers love to call any black man who doesn't give a blind vote to the Democrats a c00n or sell-out. They got this notion that we owe them our vote for nothing in return. Nah.

BOTH sides are filled to the brim with white supremacists, and at best, we can negotiate and play these sides against each other and try to get the best package possible. This notion that we need to automatically vote blue and that whatever is best for Democrats is best for blacks is laughable.

The questions asked and the way they're phrased can have a substantial effect on the outcome of the test and the way you perceive politics, Robin. The people who wrote the test know that and know they could encode their biases, Boy Wonder.
