What exactly is better about Windows 8?
Seems to me it's just Windows 7 with a more annoying GUI.

I game on PC so the new mouse lag problem on Win 8.1 has made me stay on 8.
To anyone still trying to clutch on to 7, just give 8 a stab and download Classic Shell to completely avoid the Metro mess. It is ass for productivity. Otherwise, the OS is faster and you get way less crashes and BSOD on 8 than in 7, which was my primary reason for switching.

how do you get your tiles in categories like that?Yeah I got it, I like it a lot, it takes a couple days to get used to but it is worth it..watch a couple youtube videos so you know what it can do...here is my home screen
can i do that in win8 or is that olny for 8.1?
I think you can do it on win 8 too, its quicker on 8.1 tho
I think on 8 you have to click the minus signs in the bottom right hand corner, and the everything should zoom out from there I think its an icons on the bottom left that says name group...im not sure tho just mess around with it until it pops up
on 8.1 just right click a tile in a group and at the top of all on them it says name group
Or to seperate them into groups you have to drag a tile around until you see a semi-clear white vertical bar when you drop it over that then a new group will be created

My computer is the shyt once again. ..
I upgraded to windows 8 a few months back and it was fukking HORRIBLE..
at one point I had stopped using this PC altogether and was using my
smaller more reliable Google PC
but it's back to my sexy beast.. shyt is running like a dream so far.. hopefully ALL of my apps continue to do so
