I'm sorry but a lot of y'all have never been in a serious long relationship and it shows.

Y'all think every happily married woman with kids came out the womb wanting a husband and children? There are some women with big families who at some point probably didn't want or never prioritized marriage and having children. She literally said right after how women actually don't know what they really want.

She really said nothing egregious.
Is she kinda annoying and should she probably shut up? Yes.

But y'all acting like she said she hates her husband and kids and wants to kill them.

This place looks more and more anti black women each day I swear.

Put the cape down my boy. This woman married a hundred million dollar athlete where she doesn’t have to ever worry about bills or meals, unlike the average woman

She’s literally the cause of her own unhappiness, because she realizes she’s not the prize and that hurts her fragile ego

If the roles were reversed and a man was complaining like this, you would not have any simp-athy for him, like you have for Ayesha

Everywhere
Facts.

We need a spin thread. How many Coli Brehs would be good with being a house husband with access to 50-100M?
:sas1:
I’d guess 60/40. 60% of the Coli would say no. I’d rather live a regular life and follow my dreams of leading my family and working in a field I am passionate about. 40% would be cool with playing video games all day while the kids are in school.
:sas2:
Add me to the 40%

The wild thing is Curry will be done in five years. Retired players, at least in social media, aren’t massive. She could prospectively take the social media throne from him if she works hard.

Curry going to be playing golf, running his camps, and giving their money away for the next 20 years.

She can be the “famous” one.

She needs to understand she will NEVER be more famous than Steph because he’s one of the biggest sport athletes in the last 30 damn years.

She will ALWAYS be known as “Steph Curry’s wife” and that shouldn’t be damn problem.

Steph isn’t Malik damn Beasley :mjlol:

This is not the issue, the issue is she's going on public platforms saying what she's saying. Her feelings are somewhat validated, but this is a conversation she should be having in PRIVATE with her husband or counselor.

She never misses an opportunity to publicly announce how unhappy she is with breh.

It's one thing to share these thoughts privately among family and friends, but to constantly declare how miserable she is to the world is disrespectful to her husband.

ANOTHER goofy ass post.:mjlol:

There’s NOTHING stopping her from having a career.

Kim Kardashian was married to Kanye, playing mother and popping out kids and still went back to school to learn to be a lawyer :mjlol:

There is NOTHING stopping Ayesha Curry from having a career and this insinuation that marrying Steph fukked that up is nothing but A LIE. She simply wants to be the “name” of the family.

I clearly understand there is still time in her life for what she wants

Doesn't take away from the fact that she should be allowed to speak on her existence without upsetting her husband or society at large

Yes, authority
This is 2025, if your woman does not want to listen to you or is disrespecting you constantly, drop her. This is not 1925 where she would have no real options/alternative and had to listen to you. It is not Afghanistan either, where you can stone your woman because she blinked too much in front of another man.

All this "authority" shyt is dead: You are a rich and famous athlete, you can drop her and women would be cutting bytches throats to get with you.

Big ass red ass cape.

Nobody comes out the womb wanting anything, but a happily married woman, as you phrased it, likely wanted a husband and children from an early age/stage of more complex thinking.

Ayesha is simply resentful of the fact that whatever talent she thought she had didn't amount to her being Steph's equal 20 years later.

:dahell:

You can't just state something with no basis of proof and then think it's fact.

Y'all need to touch grass. There are plenty of happily married men and women that weren't thinking about marriage and kids until they were adults. And there are plenty of miserable wives today who were planning their weddings when they were 10 years old.

Typically the earlier you prioritize/want marriage, the earlier you'll get married. The likeliness of divorce actually increases when couples marry between the ages of 18-25.

Seriously wtf are you saying? lol

This has nothing to do with Black women. It's specifically her, every time she has a chance to speak. It's always this goofy shiit.

We know people evolve, thoughts and ideas change. But you don't have to constantly keeping talking about it, every time a mic is on you.

We get it darling, you regret missing out on your ho/girls trip era. :mjlol:
Every time she speaks? This one interview from a couple of months ago has spawned multiple threads. She said nothing about missing out on having fun, it was about her career and interests. Y'all act like it's taboo for a woman to want to be a little bit more than a housewife with kids.

People on this site were also killing Michelle Obama when she said her marriage wasn't always perfect.

She isn't saying anything crazy. She is saying what a lot of women feel like in their marriages and it's okay.

It's okay for women to talk about some real shiit. If her husband is cool with it then why are a bunch of dudes out here trying to fight for him?

How many times has she done this. This interview has spawned so many threads and it's been months.

It's not the end of the world for women to talk openly about how they feel about their personal lives. Y'all always want people to keep things private.

Not saying she needs to expose all of their business, but if what she is saying is cool with her husband then what's the problem?
