I have lived in bad areas majority of my life and survived just fine
as long as you know how to move around and never attract attention, you'll be fine

with that said, I would move in that house in a second...200k is a steal

Ive been in corrugated iron shacks in some hotspots that look amazing on the inside..

That open space is what I like..looks really nice.
Sad to say I've never heard anything good about Philly but the spot is clean as fukk..I dream about a home like that.
