I'm living with my girlfriend. I don't lock my cell phone because I have nothing to hide. In fact, I leave my cell phone all over the house. Anyway, I received a random text from a girl I haven't spoken to in about 2 years. Me and my girl have been together for a little bit over 2 years and have been living together for 18 months. I was in the bathroom taking a shower when the text came through. I normally take a shower when I get home from work, so it's around 7pm. Anyway, my girl picked up my phone. She normally never does that. She saw a text from this girl. I never erased her name or number from my contact list. And the girl sent a text saying "I know you miss this" and sent me two pictures: one of her breast and her vagina, and one of her butt. My girlfriend was furious. She immediately started banging on the bathroom door, telling me to come out of the bathroom. I stepped out and then she confronted me with this. I told her that the girl was a girl that I used to mess with before me and her became serious, and that we haven't corresponded in almost 2 years. I told her that I'm not sure why she would send me that other than the fact that she had feelings for me. My girl then asked me why didn't I delete her name from my contact list. I told her that I don't delete numbers because I need to know who's calling me so I can decide not to answer. My girlfriend doesn't believe me and has been acting funny ever since. What can I do to convince her that me and this girl have nothing going on? I went as far as to text the girl back asking her to not text or call me anymore. But it still seems like my girl doesn't trust me, when I've been nothing but honest with her. What do I do? Is there anyway I can fix this?
