And OP while making points will be ostracized. Would be nice if the keyboard militants wouldn't come in here slinging negs and single sentence insults like other threads usually result in.
dudes take that neg shyt waay too serious lol. Like okay, you negged me...and? lol.And OP while making points will be ostracized. Would be nice if the keyboard militants wouldn't come in here slinging negs and single sentence insults like other threads usually result in.
Yea, it definitely isn't about the best and brightest anymore, so much as who can infuse the most cred as @Smoke stated.dudes take that neg shyt waay too serious lol. Like okay, you negged me...and? lol.
My point is definitely something borne out of observation and not just some blind hatred for black frats and sororities. I like the idea behind them but i definitely think its not being executed right anymore.
When you observe most of the folks that were in these frats while you're in school out here not doing shyt with their life but just acting like being part of these frats is all there was to their identity, you start going "wow...is there all there is ??".
I definitely think they should move away from almost exclusively recruiting the cool type with no true future and get more towards the kids with future that will end up in top places in society. That should be the purpose of these organizations...upward mobility and education and pulling others up the ladder. Not dumbing out and being the life of the party and fukking bytches and trying to pass off that 1 hour volunteering they do a month as something great.
They can definitely find a balance between the two if they try.
How about talking about the rape culture in white fraternities? I think that's more important
It's the basically the generation shift. Instead of recruiting the top of the line educated brother as they would've years ago, they basically want the popular kids now.
Aside from that...i wanted to be a Que so bad in college![]()

they aren't all like that. those that do believe they're defending the history of their organizations, even though their actions often make a mockery of em.is it just me or do they seem like they are crips and bloods compared to say other distinguished organization for betterment of its members and people.
These guys are always or atleast always try to appear tough and intimidating and quick to resort to violence in defense of their set.
You really dont see that with frats and sororities from "other" groups...i remember in college wondering about this.
Even the folks that they recruit are always the socially cool types as opposed to the ones that are really on the educated and bright future ahead types.
anyone here part of a black frat/sorority that can help me understand?

with some people they let their frat/sorority change them for the worst; believe that they will move up the social ladder (or get more p*ssy/dikk), even though the main purposes for these orgs is to change them for the better by becoming better humanitarians.
hopefully this ends, but it all rests on the deans that admit them.
personally speaking, i joined my org to serve the black community and build business relationships with other like minded people. most folks join for the colors, the dances, the elitist attitude that makes them popular
what do you think, @MurderSheWrote
