More east coast bias programming,making people believe AZ actually did something in hiphop. I like az he's a himble cat and a good mc but my statement is still true.
Why hate breh? Good to see dues paid where they're worth. Like it or not AZ is an extremely talented MC and his story is interesting. You could definitely argue him as a top 30 rapper of all time, and he breaks into the top 10 in New York which is not an easy feat.

3, I'm just keepint it a buck. I've been in numerous debates about east coast bias media over sensationlizing east coast acts and brainwashing the public as if them dudes were more impactful than they were.

Upon further research, the e-40 az shyt was a misunderstanding.
However,i bet you wont see an mc from another region,with az's level of success,get a documentary on BET.

Im not a fan of these types off arguments, because it's all about personal opinions. But AZ is flat out one off the most gifted mc's ever, especially with the pen.

So how's his career been to you?
The doc is not about his career, it's about the Doe or Die album.
As far as AZ's career, it's been spotty, particularly after Doe or Die, mainly because off inconsistent production, and label issues. And no, he's not a mainstream staple.
In my opinion, he's music in the past 10 years has been the best he's made outside of Doe or Die.

glad they reached out to a few of the DoD producers, but no L.E.S. been listening to dudes music for 20 years i have no idea what he looks or sounds like. also curious why Premier wasnt on there, i know they wanted him on there but they didnt collab til years later
