Female rappers in general don't have as much of themselves in the game like the male rappers do and its harder for them to be successful in general so I don't know what argument you are trying to make. You named Rapsody, Rah Digga, Remy, Jean Grae,etc as if there has not been numerous Nicki Minaj "Barbie" or "Doll" clones this decade that have flopped like crazy.
MC Lyte forever has respect as one of the best female rappers and did it without showing ass. Jean Grae's name is still known even if someone can't name 5 songs from her. Rah Digga is an old school rapper who even though she did brief work also has respect from hip hop heads.
Remy of course has respect from alot of dudes.
Rapsody got alot of attention and buzz from the release of her album and was getting support from radio hosts. Its not an issue with men supporting women like her...the issue is other women. Women keep supporting ratchet shyt. If you saw women support Rapsody more instead of Cardi we would not have the issue. The same guys who claim they can't listen to female rappers end up showing them more support than other women do
