Doe or Die was literally the peak for everyone on the album , from AZ all the way down to the producers.

Sosa was always a dope MC, but he said himself that he "lost vision" after DOD. He's had some cool projects since, but he never sounded as focused or sharp as he did on the debut.

If he released these as singles I wouldn’t even be mad because he was on a major & label probably needed something commercial to work with but to leave these trend chasing cuts on the album was just a poor decision.

Rest of the album is heat but them 4 joints stunk really bad & aged horrible.

Honestly, the only songs that I'll play on Doe or Doe are

Uncut Raw, Rather Unique, Ho Happy Jackie, and Mo Money, MO Murder, MO Homicide.

fukk yes I've been saying this for 20 years. Fan Mail, Wanna Be There (I had this on repeat for months), The Essence, I'm Back, etc etc classic album
