Nothing about AZ's music is commercial... :heh:

All his shyt is still too Hip Hop & even his "light" tracks have no commercial appeal...

EDIT: Oops... thought this was about AZ-IZ... :snoop:

Yes... Virgin fukked AZ's career up... he could've had a very successful career like a Fabolous type rapper as far as being able to make more edgy commercial tracks & still be able to have your street appeal...

it would be a hit if you took out AZ verses. his verses are boring as fukk to the normal everyday top 40 audience. the hook on this track is :salute:

:what: the f*ck are you talking about?

you do know that "sugar hill" was a big hit right?

:wow:

My teacher had this album on his computer and burned me a copy...

He told me the story of AZ and his career.

Dude should have signed to Def Jam, Rap-A-Lot, or Loud.

A label that could give him a push.

I'm thinking that AZ didn't want the fame and was comfortable where he was at. Coincidentally, he named his label Quiet Money.
