B. Coming vs Purple Haze

After much indecision I decided to give purple haze the edge. It was certainly a bigger hit when it came out. It only debuted at 20 but is probably close to platinum by now and it seemed everyone was playing that album in 05. I actually like beans more as a rapper and b. coming + PE#1 was a great combo that year but purple haze just has so many great songs and cam had some mixtape joints that year too

Personally I'd have to choose The B. Coming, they are both really dope albums though. I just play B. Coming more, even to this day, I;ll give that a nice spin.

Can was rapping at a level that no one was matching.....the wordplay and everything was just:wow:

I really wish the large professor or premo gave him some beats during that time

yeah, rhyme schemes aren't going to change my overall opinion of two albums i've been listening to for years.

Remember buying both, and being somewhat disappointed. But Purple Haze definitely got more burn. The Dope Man :banderas:
