Yeah but it depends on the terms of your probation

Jimmy Iovine and David Kenner wasn’t letting their cash cows do anything stupid

BG thought he was slick and tried to go around Louisiana to crooked ass Vegas listening to nikkas like Gucci and Boosie and got jammed up

HE LIVES IN VEGAS

If those were the terms of my probation, I ain’t gotta like it, but it beats prison. Guess I’ll just have to make fire ass tapes with Logic.
Sounds like he had some necessary hurdles to cross but he was impatient

Hopefully the judge has a heart for dummies

But where is he serving his probation?

Did he get permission to move?

Why did he choose Vegas?

All this shyt sounds stupid but they put it in place on purpose to trap nikkas not up on their game.

You dont have to be in the same room to make music breh He got violated for “unnecessarily” being around felons. He could have made all the music he wanted to make without being in the same room with them. He could have asked 1st and been approved to be around them it’s simple.

Technically they’re not committing any crimes. Somebody just got it out for Gizzle
That's irrelevant, they could be serving hot plates at the local homeless shelter, if the terms of your supervision include no association with known felons, that's exactly what it means.

Don’t agree with this at all..but should they change the rules because he’s a rapper?
No, the rules should be changed because they're unfair and designed to keep people going back to prison on technicalities and not actual further criminal offenses. Should B.G. be more scrutinized than the average person on probation just because hes a rapper? Cause that's certainly happening.

I did lower level probation, you will never even talk to your PO until you go in, or you fukk up.

but like some of my friends did lower level/summary probation, but they had high powered attorneys, you can always have your lawyer hit your PO and get clarification on something.

BG is on higher level federal probation, but he has the street smarts to know how to move. and I know he has at least a decent lawyer.

Everyone knows about notifying a PO about travel plans. One of my boys was partying in Las Vegas the week of his guilty plea, he flew back to SD-- pleaded guilty and then flew right back to party, the next hour. and that was on pre trial release. Just some g shyt I thought to mention lol

because if he was a rapper or media covering the case, he would have been in trouble too.
This situation is different because I think BG is stationed in Vegas and Boosie just happened to have a show there. He didn’t leave Vegas, but I think he was booked on the same bill as Boosie. I guess the argument could be he didn’t know Boosie would be booked aside him but that won’t work if he promoted the show beforehand on IG (which I think he did)

The situation is truly unfair tho.. recording the project and putting it out with Gucci most likely didn’t even require them being in the same room together to do any of it.. if they have a video together, he could argue it’s CGI lol

The whole thing sucks tho

Bro gotta understand that if he's not gainfully employed, that doesn't count.

You can still make music and all that, but those people want to see you working a real job. Those are the terms. Paystubs and sh*t. Recording joints in the studio doesn't mean you can show that you're employed somewhere and getting paid. But ego is an issue and a lot of rappers come home and don’t want to go get a 9 to 5. Dude needs to go get a little bullsh*t job, and then do his music when he's not working.

If B.G goes back to prison, Boosie should break his family off with something until he gets out...

Gucci as well.
