Just as I thought from viewing the initial post, the guy from Baltimore had given up on life. His entire demeanor was suicide by cop, suicidal in general, that he'd given up on life. I've seen it before and even felt it, it's recognizable...

The woman he stabbed, hopefully she survives. The brother doing time for his body, hopefully he's in the right mindframe to come back outside and they let him go. They'll have to investigate the claim first...

I'm a huge believer in that you don't accept a plea for a crime you didn't do. So in this case he's not wrong, if it's true that he didn't kill the guy he was charged with, don't accept any plea, no matter how sweet. Hope he's been at work on his appeal...
