Like I keep saying the majority of murders are committed by a very small group of people. I don't think people realize how unliveable a city would be if everyone had the mindset to be a true savage. Hell even soldiers in a war can't mentally handle taking someones life which is why so many of them come back from the battle field and get addicted to drugs.

I'm a huge believer in that you don't accept a plea for a crime you didn't do. So in this case he's not wrong, if it's true that he didn't kill the guy he was charged with, don't accept any plea, no matter how sweet. Hope he's been at work on his appeal...Offered him 15 years he refused it and now serving 115 years
