Not an exact comparison but this is like saying if a basketball player scores 30 but blows a wide open layup at the end of the game he shouldn't be blamed.

its not that serious.
any given Sunday right?

having watched the game i just think its not reasonable to blame only the kicker when they certainly had other opportunities to score.
a loss is a loss.

Champions league
Most people want to put this game on Walsh, which is deserved considering he missed a chip shot to win. But let's not forget he's the only one who put up points for the Vikes. Equal blame for the loss can be put on Adrian for his fumble and Josh Robinson for being pure garbage at defense.

I was livid when Walsh missed that field goal, but as a Vikings fan, it's almost expected. I would've rather gotten blown out than lost like this.

hes a friggin kicker, to get in fg range it depends on the offense

walsh lost this game

I think a lot of people will say that the weather had a lot to do with performance by using the example of the earlier seahawks at vikings game. The vikings defense is much different than the one that played game 1. Also think the Vikings matched up well with the Cardinals had they made it to the next round

Norv Turner does not need to be our offensive coordinator next year

We gotta get another receiver in the draft

Wouldn't mind trading that 1st round pick for Joe Thomas, cuz I don't think Kalil will ever be what they expected.

They have to spend in the off season, they will have to consider what to do with AD and his money. Would like to see improvement at Oline, DB, and maybe receiver.

I think if Norv Turner stays, he should sign RG3 to a backup position :yeshrug:

:salute: for surviving the elements.

For future reference, multiple layers on your feet is bad. Just one pair of wool socks should do the trick, otherwise the circulation gets cut off and makes your feet cold. I've made that mistake before wearing several pairs of socks...took off the extra socks and my feet were fine afterwards.

:salute: there will be no next time doe, i'm done with this shyt. I think so is everyone in the city. Also TCF sucks for multiple reasons, but its a decent college stadium so :manny: I won't ever see another playoff tix to any team/sport for $45

Seahawks fans were nice peoples but they were miserable there. They struggled the most. I don't think they were all that happy in the end. It was more that the opposing team lost.

No one knew that the Vikings missed that last field goal (maybe besides the end zone fans) until the Seahawks players celebrated on the field

I also hope loadholt can return to form next year. He was a big loss

True, but the offense had chances in the red zone and didn't punch it in. If you want to win playoff games, you gotta put the ball in the end zone.

The Vikings Hall of Fame running back averaged 2 yards per carry and fumbled away a big one. So he shares a lot of the blame as well.

Philly to Seatown
tough game. its the only one i've been to that came down to the last play and only one where I felt like I needed to always think about my actual physical survival

a breh had on 3 layers of socks (wool to end), cushioned boots, 3 layers of underwear, sweats, jeans, t shirt, tight hoodie, loose hoodie, hooded jacket, 2 pairs of beanies on, 2 pairs of gloves, 2 pairs of scarves (one for the neck, one for the face)

I was good for a while but midway thru the third my feet started freezing

Game was packed, literally no one sat down at any point of the entire game because it was much colder to sit

it hurt most that it was a gimme kick missed on a 3 hour grind it out game that the fans fought thru

Would you say that the weather was a big reason as to why the Seahawk offense struggled? I keep seeing hype Panther fans saying this team is beatable but I really felt like Russ just couldn't be 100% in this weather.
