i disagree based on the fact that BABY is NOT the petty simple minded negro that you might assume him to be....

i wouldn't exactly call it having an "issue" or "beef" with BG...
he just calling it how it is....as he has done in numerous interviews on how Cash Money got started and his early days with them when he was in his own words "making herion deals on the tour bus" while they toured the country.
all he's saying is BG is not about "dat life" that Terrence provided the backdrop from, Terrence started the ORIGINAL "HOT BOY" crew which wasn't about RAPPING......you have to understand the whole "red" symbolisim and flashiness came from Terrence and his Uptown crew whom Baby and Slim both looked up to, they wore "red" because it symbolized they were "hot" in the streets with the cars and jewelry....
Terrence just feels that BG is a bit ungrateful considering that without BABY he would basically have been a "nobody"...and that whatever disagreement BG had with BABY didn't have to be aired out like that in public considering they were around each other thier whole lives...

Naw it was definitely something that happened between them where they fell out leading up to that interview...they were still cool and really close in the years after he left cash money...b.g. stayed shouting him out on wax and bigging him up in interviews and shyt...and Gangsta had a interview with the source back then saying how bg was still his nikka after the split and was talking about how they ran in the streets together...he went out of his way to do a 180 and shyt on him here...he alluded to something about hot beezo (part of bg's choppa city camp who's currently locked up) disrespecting him...so i'm guessing it had something to do with that...maybe not any kind of serious beef or nothing, but they weren't seeing eye to eye enough that he made it a point to diss him
