Face is GOAT songwriter because:

A) Kells songs that we love are his songs he keeps for himself. Even when he wrote songs for others, those were generic sounding compared to his own. His solo songs are absurdly hilarious, and can only be sung by him.

B) Face is like DJ Premier - he will sit down with you and write you a song that feels like it came from you.

C) A lot of Face songs are lowkey kinda brash - but they often don’t come off like that depending on (a) the tact of the words he chooses and (b) who is singing it.
