Unfortunately its starting to look like 90s nostalgia will be completely skipped over in favor of 2000s nostalgia

There's some generational gap I am not privy to but its jumping straight from eighties to the aughts.

Lmao what are you talking about? People been reminiscing about the 90s for like 15 years, wasn't it like 2004 VH1 dropped they first "I Love The 90s" episode? Lmao cats been on the 90s forever, it's time for the Double-O's to get some love...

Trust I appreciate it. Had I not lived to 37 i wouldn't know the joy of being a father and a husband...my kids benefit from me being born in the 80s and growing up in the 90s.... It's just crazy looking back on the way things were. As much as I love things now, I just miss the SIMPLICITY of how things used to be. As a society we'll never get that back.

How our grandparents and parents felt.

To me the biggest difference in the 90s from now is the usage of cellphones and the internet and how early kids get started on those. I think a lot of it is just nostalgia and getting older. I was poor so I had nothing back then so all I did was to go out to the park and play.
