There is something to this actually no troll. Its the food. All the synthetic meat and shyt all that damn chick fi la nikkas eat popeyes..back in the day that people especially black folk in the south ate home cooked home grown meals of the land wit nutrients. My pops was constantly outside doing manual labor even when he was off. Anything from cutting down trees to chopping wood. Nowadays we are accustomed to central ac/heat and don't realize the luxuries we are afforded today. Real talk, how many of us have bought in a load of wood for their parents or grandparents? shyt like that done for years on end develops a strength that no weight can compare too.
