Knowing the words to a song doesn't mean it has quotable lines, IMO. To me, quotable means there are lines that stick out that resonate with people by itself, not a part of the song. People know the words to a lot of Future songs, doesn't mean he has quotables. Most legendary diss tracks have lines that stick out.

"Eminem murdered you on your own sh*t"
"99% of your fans wear high heels"
"Your bark was loud but your bite wasn't vicious and them rhymes you were kicking were quite bootylicious"
Thing is Drake's verse on "Stay Scheming" was 10x the verse than what he dropped on "Back To Back". But it wasn't a club type joint.

idk, i dont follow either of them so maybe im missing something
from here Back to Back looks/sounds like a corny pop star spittin struggle bars, and his fans are so confused as to what lyrical talent is, they think hesomeone by spittin 32 bars of average/below-average one-syllable rhymes, and generic disses.... about some slightly less talented rapper named Meek
Mill.
I'm struggling to see even an above-average accomplishment goin on here... and people are trying to give Drake an internationally respected award for this.

Thank you. I listened to that song over and over again trying to find any level of lyrical prowess, and didn't hear it. And I fux with Drake, I'm not gonna give a guy props for mediocre bars.
Drake spazzed on Stay Scheming, Lord Knows, Aston Martin Music, and several other tracks. "Back To Back" is average as hell, tho.
