I get that Drake never called himself the hardest goon in the game. But let's not pretend he doesn't have songs, or bars where he doesn't try to put on a certain hard-edge persona. Drake has more than enough lyrics where the listener will be like :comeon:

He has moments where he tries to straddle that fence. To his credit, he's actually spent a considerable amount of time down in Memphis where his fathers from, in some rougher parts(from what I've heard).

That doesn't mean anything, the point being made is that he taught folks about what Drake says himself in his music.
No one, not a single person that listens to Drake's music, follows him on social media and shyt would think anything other than what he is.

Of course he acts like a boss and feels himself now cause he's one of the leaders of a macho game, cause Big Meech co-signs him, cause he's main man is J Prince and his other main man is Birdman, cause he knows some real goons in plenty of cities including his own, cause he's rich as fukk and successful as fukk. But shyt is mostly entertainment, he's not acting wild in interviews, social media and shyt. He drops some funny lines like "If anything happens to papi might pop a nikka for real". If anyone believes that actually means that he'll murder people it's on them :mjlol:. Never dissed any g's until Meek backstabbed him, his beefs were with the softest people in the game like Tyga and Chris Brown.

Right? Drake is corny as hell and everyone knows it. He knows it. It's part of his charm. I don't know why people get up in arms about his exaggerated rap goonery lines but praise Rick Ross' kingpin fantasies.
