Crazy part about it, they're harder on the users(the Johns) than they are on the dealers(the ho's).


Johns get their cars towed, $1500 fines, mandatory jail time(some states), and lives ruined.


Ho's don't get no fine.Every now and then they try to send them to "counseling", but more often than not, their pimps pay about $80-$100 dollars to bail them out, and then they're back on the boulevard the next day
