I feel both :win: for the quality and :sadcam: for knowing hip hop never going to be that good again

The other night when I was out riding and heard Backspin's theme, I heard the Redman sample from his "Keep On 99" song:

backspin is dope but sometimes they go waaaaaay old school, i like it when they keep it late 80's - 90's

Yes. There is a fine line between classic old school material, and old shyt hat aged terribly. Like funky four plus one more, the fat boys, shyt like that.

I Love Backspin and it put me on to some of them obscure 80s joints but listen to Tony Touch,Statik Selectah,Lord Sear & Soul Assassins on Shade45 they usually play the Classics too:tu:

some of the old school joints have me fiending for classic vinyl
