Its probably because Gallows remembers how the locker room used to be back during his Festus/Straight Edge Society days so he knows how to handle everyone backstage... or maybe because he ain't stressed because he knows he can easily go back to New Japan if WWE be on that bullshyt again.

Luke probably is like fukk it and is just doing him and enjoying himself. He knows if he gets done dirty in the E he can just go right back to Japan and cake over there. So either way he is good and probably at peace with his career at this point.
