I could see that. Reigns has a lot of natural potential with his look, definitely needs to improve but he could be huge. I still say Ambrose who was head and shoulders over the other two, has hit a brick wall. He's started to sound like a Batman villain knock off every week.
Reigns was pretty much set from the beginning. The guy has nothing to worry about once this is all finished. Ambrose, at least has a pretty good character, it will take a while for him get to the top, but he will in due time. If all goes well, he might end up as the company's top heel.
Rollins is the only one that's hard for me guess how he turns out post-Shield. He could go either way.

My fear is that the WWE doesn't know how to handle groups/stables. No reason these guys can't stay a group but break off and do mostly singles matches. It's like they have no patience to let the group play out without adding/removing members too soon.
