I worked at this steakhouse that had char broiled pork belly and to this day it's the only food that almost made my dikk hard

This is from the actual restaurant chophouse Nola

A half inch thick slice of pork belly charred in the broiler so it's crispy on the outside, the fat almost melted and the meat tender

They have one candied with brown sugar and cayenne pepper sprinkled on it. Sweet salty and spicy
