Exactly...nobody that worked there even put any forth any effort into stopping that kid...all they had to do was snatch his lil ass up, take him to the front desk and make an announcement on the intercom for his parents to come get him..its literally that easy...that video shouldnt have been that long

I've never wanted to whoop a child's ass so bad. I am seething
I aint saying its right or wrong... If it was my cousin or nephew or even family friend, smack down would have been in place.
But if I am working in Chucky Cheese making minimum wage, no way on earth i am sequestering this child of my own volition. And I am sure absolutely positive that Chucky Cheese corporate policy is such they are not going to encourage lawsuits by promoting anything but the most passive ignoring of this kind of behavior.
The only recourse if the parents aint doing anything is to call the cops, and aint no way i am calling a cop on this kid...

nobody was trying to get spit on.
and more importantly, nobody wants to get chumped in front of their kids, especially by their kids' peers.

yea, but what if he yoked up the wrong parents' kid? then it opens the door for some other chit. and most people dont have time for that breh.
and if any strangers yoked my kids up, we're gonna have a problem. i dont care what my youngns did, unless it was a life-threatening act or something along those lines.
if you want to "do the right thing", then simply grab my kids up & bring them to me, so i can yoke them up myself. i'd even throw you a dub out of appreciation. maybe more, if i got it like that.

. If hes like that in public imagine how he is in the comfort of his home In all seriousness its a tough situation the workers dont wanna put their hands on someone elses kid because they could lose their job, other ppl dont want the confrontation.
I think you gotta have security detain him. The use the intercom to send out a description and have the parents come get him.
