Martin's face looks so puffy it sounds like he struggles to talk.
:picard:

I'll watch since I'm a long time fan, but this looks bad and predictable.

- Some foreign crime boss steals/runs drugs
- Big chase scene in Mike Lowry's fancy car that gets destroyed
- Angry captain yells then tells them "do what it takes"
- Marcus decides he either wants to quit or switch partners. But Mike convinces him otherwise
- Big shootout while they make jokes with bullets flying right at them
- They go rouge with an unorthodox plan and get the bad guys at the end.

Sounds like a certified classic to me

I’m gonna check it but you’d think this would drop around Memorial Day ‘20 instead of January

I guess those redundant dc comic/marvel remakes got summers on lock

It seems like y’all aren’t understanding the fact this movie is coming out 25 years after the original, and Martin is in his mid 50’s now. Unless you’re blessed with goat genetics nobody in their mid 50’s will look like they did at their peak. He’s been chubby for years what y’all expect Martin to look like he did on his tv show?

Them putting it out in January shows they don't have the most faith in this project.

The weight isn't as much of the problem as much as Martin doesn't look like he has any energy at all. The fact Martin marathons are on TV every day reminds us that 90% of what made him funny was his facial expressions and voice changes. All of that seems to be gone.

As a person that was overweight for years, I can definitely tell when somebody has that "uncomfortable" weight. Yeah he's 50 but he's still not himself. I'm less concerned about this movie and more concerned with his actual health. He doesn't look well.

Nikka you mean 20 years ago when he was jogging in 107 degree weather with multiple layers of clothing and had a heat stroke?

Exactly. And if he was doing that back then, what kind of crazy shyt would he be doing now that he's in his mid-50s? :whoa:

Well in the trailor he talmbout retirement so its not like a cop his age wouldnt have already put in they 20 and got they pension. We see younger cops under them too so like another poster said he could transition into the police chief role if they continue

To be honest, I'm not feeling this trailer at all. Feel like this shyt gonna be "Rush Hour 3" disappointment with the same lame jokes, a lot of explosions and Will doing some superfly shyt, like what's the story line!. Wasn't impressed at all. Felt like this is a remake Badboys 2. Def gonna check it out tho
