Once I seen he could guzzle a gallon of sugary soda without going into diabetic shock He probably takes some precautions and that’s it.
When you think about it It’s not surprising that he could drink so much homie’s fat so he has the stomach space so all he has to do is to not eat before he drinks and he could do it especially if he’s mad thirsty.
In Iraq it was nothing to drink almost a liter of water in one swallow.

As someone with hypertension who just ate some potato chips if you take your meds ( which I don’t) It really helps.
