Respect the good & understand the bad
I've found meditation to be of great value to my mental well being, and this app is great at keeping my practice consistent with a daily routine. There's also a feature that has sessions specific to how you might be feeling at any given moment in your life whether you're feeling good, anxious, stressed, unhappy, etc. I've found the app works best by using it with earphones that have a noise cancelling feature to allow yourself really be able to go inward when using it.

No affiliation, just thought it might be useful for folks during these strange times we're going through.

I've also been using this free app to better observe my feelings in the moment objectively and have found that naming my feelings makes them much easier to manage overall. It's a great companion to the Balance app. I'm just using the check in and analyze features so far, but it works great for my intents.

Also reading this book currently. It's a bit wordy, but interesting and informative.
