I just doubt they wrote into law that encouraging people to violate covid restrictions is a deportable offense. For the citizens thats more likely a minor misdeamenor or just a fine, but not an offense that would warrant jail time, sort of like a traffic violation. and thats if they don't have any sort of free speech laws like over here. If an immigrant on a tourist visa over here gets a traffic violation we don't deport them over it.

This wasn't a traffic violation. This was exposing folks to danger in the middle of the worst national health crisis of our lifetime

Covid-19 is booming in America like nowhere else. Plus ppl won't even follow regulations and guidelines to contain it at home

Your American passport is gold whether your black or white. Take it or leave it. If you have dual citizenship you know exactly what I'm talking about. If I and another black person step up to the counter in Germany and I show a Nigerian passport with a valid visa to Germany and the other black person shows an American passport. I will be told to shift left and be heavily scrutinized because a Nigerian passport is worth shyt and associated with fraud etc. While being American your process will be smooth because of the level of respect and position in the world you have.

This is a crude example. But I have been told by family members who live in Europe that as soon as they show a green passport they are told to step to the side for heavy interrogation. That's why many of them abandon and get rid of their Nigerian passport once they get citizenship in another country. They would rather have to get a visa to get access to Nigeria than continue to be humiliated at the airport.
