what's crazy? this episode was my introduction to cowboy bebop.
walked into the crib late as fukk saturday night (or sunday morning, i guess). switched the TV over to cartoon network. and vicious was palming spike's head like a basketball, then flung him through a church window.
"THEN WHY ARE YOU STILL ALIVE!?!?"
"green bird" kicks in...
to this day, i watch bebop front to back whenever CN re-airs it.
i can still point out the star that fades to black before the screen stops crawling towards the sky.

I put Bebop in not just GOAT anime, but top ten show all time PERIOD
Might get negged, but. overrated. 
Yes yes it is. it's actually amazing how incredible cowboy bebop is. and the movie was equally as good.
