You just dont trade this early, you should have at least waited till deadline to see if he improved or not. What is the rush to clear cap? We could have done this a year from now. This is a horrible trade, we basically traded Russell for a 27th pick because they will let Lopez walk too

EXACTLY how I feel. The Deng and Mozgov contracts would be much easier to move a year from now. Only way I'm cool with this trade is if that extra first leads to a Paul George deal ASAP without them giving up #2 or Ingram. If not this was a dumb ass trade. See what development Russell has for the season and give him a chance to raise his value up as an off guard.
