He was a game leading +24. Whatever he was doing was working. He plays the game the right way. No need to shoot just because.he took only 5 shots in 35 minutes breh

I'm assuming Luke would start Kuzma at the 3, would be interesting to see how he looks at the 3.He's probably out next game.
We have no 3's now![]()
The best part is that the team will be better next year just by the players getting a year younger and a full summer of building their bodies. Not sure about next year but I'd say a guaranteed playoff team in two years.Young Lakeshow really in the process of taking the leap
Things just seem to be clicking last couple of months, the draft picks are producing and the best part is they still have so much potential.
Praying the FO adds the right pieces in the summer![]()
I think all of us temporary Randle haters are back on his side except @Regular_PGuys....
I want Randle to stay
Rather he stay than LeThot hold us hostage every year
He’s a great player. Top 15 on most people’s list. He would definitely help this team offensively and defensively and accelerate the growth of the young guys. But I hope Lakers fans don’t EXPECT him to be an MVP candidate or anything.Paul George ain’t the answer. We better pray Ingram and lonzo grow up fast.
I know we all hate Lopez but I think we have to consider bringing him back.. his spacing is crucial to our offense..
The team forced their own hand and they're gonna have to bring him back. Randle will hold the leverage in negotiations, so less than $15 million is a pipe dream, in my opinion.I think all of us temporary Randle haters are back on his side except @Regular_P
I’m hoping we can keep him for less than $15M per year, sign Paul George, possibly keep I.T. for a market value 2 year deal (with a team or player option on the second year), let him get his hip surgery, make some small signings to round out the roster and just roll with it. We shouldn't even have to stretch Deng if we go this route.
That's true. Even though he's only shooting 34% from 3, teams have to respect him behind the line and Randle benefits from that since the paint is all his. DeAndre would clog it up. HOWEVER we are doing Lonzo and our playmakers a disservice with not pairing him up with a C that can catch lobs

His conversion rate around the rim has consistently gone up for three years including this season's spike, so there's something to be said for that. The percentage of his assisted hoops has also gone up in that time frame. Luke has him playing within his own limitations better than ever; he's getting through to Randle.
He still takes (and makes) a lot of tough/funky shots, which makes me nervous for long term consistency. He's been playing very well, but I'm still leary about giving him a big time contract (which he is going to get).
I would still take Nance over him. :kobeumad:
Someone has to play defense and do the dirty work.Nance?

This summer's gonna be interesting to see if free agency grinds to a halt while everyone waits on LeBron and PG or if teams strike quick. The Lakers have four quality rotation players coming off the books: Randle, KCP, Lopez and IT.
They're around $39 million right now not counting any of their salaries or cap holds.

Are they gonna leave themselves flexibility for Kawhi in 2019?I rank them in terms of importance:
1) Randle
2) KCP
3) IT
4) Brook
2-4 is interchangeable depending on what happens in FA. If we get PG, KCP moves to 4th.
Brehs, I think this might happen.
Magic gets George, then trades Ingram/Kuzma/and some picks for AD, the risk is that this will certainly make LeBron want to hop on.![]()
