I don't have a problem with him starting over kcp, when lonzo come back though:hubie:
This is going to have to be the only thing I see happening

I know Lonzo isnt the greatest at D but he is solid. And despite KCP being an idiot, he usually takes the toughest defensive positions at guard.

So i dont know how our already suspect D is going to look with IT in the mix. I rather Hart start next to Zo than both IT and KCP honestly.

Maybe they move both Zo and Hart to the bench and start KCP/IT:francis::hhh:

That was literally last year and he is clearly working back from surgery..

But yes he is no longer the same IT at the moment. Thing is, he is not going to come off the bench. Regardless of what people think or feel, he is gone or won't play if he comes off the bench and LA had to have known that coming into this trade.
He don't realize how much more he's fukking up his money by not being able to take a step back and work his way back to his old self. He's getting the reputation of being a locker room cancer which will kill his offers.

I just don't see the point in giving minutes to IT in hopes he becomes the player he was over the next 30 games. That will cost the Lakers games and ruin the chemistry especially when KCP will give you defense every night, Lonzo is just getting back, and Hart is developing well.

If IT is going to be a team menance then he needs to be waived.

I'm happy. We got a first and have our max space slots locked and loaded. Good chance we don't use it though. :francis:

Yeah I'm holding my judgment until the trade until we actually do something with the cap space. Done traded Russell, Nance, and Clarkson for cap space pretty much.

Love the move for the Lakers. Frye can hit 3 point shot and help us out. Nance is good for flashy dunks but lets be real, his defense is bad and he doesn't do much on offense, he is good for hustle stats. IT gives us a backup pg and a scorer, but this midget might be complaining too much so idk what we will do with him. I don't want him to start at all. And great job by Magic and Pelinka to get 1st round pick, we can even do sign and trade with PG if it comes down to it. That is a great asset to have.

I agree

Thats why I said the Lakers front office HAD to have known this coming in.

The only way I see this working is if they had planned on getting rid of him somehow (which a buyout basically lets him go for nothing).

If IT wasn't/didn't want to come off the bench in Cleveland dude is not coming off the bench in LA. nikkas had to have seen this coming

Clarkson and Nance wouldn't be THE reason LeBron stays, but they don't hurt. Definitely shores up their bench and gives them some desperately needed athleticism.
