NYC accent is distinct

Nawlins accent is disctinct

Southern California accent is distinct


i don't see Bmore accent as disctinct......i attended college with one of Melvin Williams nephews we still good friends to this day...met his whole family from B MORE at a recent baby shower/cookout

and they all just sounded like "regular n1ggas" to me.....nothing distinct in thier voice patterns

This the first time I’ve ever heard anybody say Bmore Black folks don’t have a distinct accent....

Definitely, but to a southerner we sound northern as fukk. It’s an accent that in the middle.

Facts. The DC and PG accent is definitely a mixture of both with somewhat of a Southern-leaning orientation but overall, it’s our own unique and distinctive accent. It’s like throwing the Philly accent, VA Tidewater accent, and a Black North Carolina accent into a blender, mix them up and you got that DMV accent as a result.

All them nikkaz play in a Basketball Summer League in Baltimore, I'm there every Sunday watching that shyt. My cousin and his homeboy (#33 for the Baltimore team) play on the same team.
