They are one in the same. If your jurisdiction has a contract with one of those companies then they hook you up with the service that allows you to press the panic fob or use the app on your phone. Its the same company. You can get it on your own as a consumer or if you have a court order it can be assigned to you.
Each city and county police department doesnt have their own proprietary system because then it would be inoperable if you are outside your city/county jurisdiction. You need something with national service that is streamlined that everyone can use anywhere. Thats what those companies provide and thats what police departments in cities and counties use.

Once again the term that was missing from her statement was "abusive." A word like "most" and "all" is almost always untrue unless she explains what universe of men she is describing. Her statement should have been "most abusive men" which is a different statement than "most men are abusive."
The fact that they won’t even show who the “suspect” is and he’s literally on tape is crazy. I get “innocent before guilty”, but when did we start protecting the blatantly guilty? We need to be aware who this menace to the public is just in case they give his weird ass bond and he somehow makes bail, fukking ridiculous.
