During school it is kinda college dominated but there are gems in there too. You’ll definitely come across broads in their late 20’s and early 30’s too.... if u a young baby faced lookin nikka that shouldn’t be an issue

And stay away from Baltimore street altogether.
If you go to Lexington, stop at Connie's. Saturday Morning Cafe is a dope, low-key spot for breakfast. Fed hill is the best area for bar hopping, and harbor east is good for seni-fancy eateries. I think the rest of my suggestions have already been mentioned.

And what is your fukkery tolerance? It can get loud on the weekends depending on where you are and of course parking could really turn into a bytch from Thursday to Sunday if you're near a bar strip.
Me personally, I'd probably do a 2 month rental in brewer's hill if you're looking for a quiet safe neighborhood that's near all of the action.
I was briefly talking to a brehette last year who was a lawyer who's job was actually in NYC but worked remotely in Baltimore. She had a dope 1 BR apartment in fells point that had its own parking garage. Her place ran her $3000/month though.
