You got Curfew for change down here in Miami that is a black business ownership/activist group, a lot of black business owners in there than activists, The Woodson institute focuses on education and activism, as well as policing the community, Urban League in Broward County
Dream Defenders i'm iffy about because they have non blacks in their group, but they are activists. We need to link up bro, I'm off this coming week. going to also see Dr. Umar next saturday. I also thought of starting my own NPO too breh, what I think I will do is continue to go out to community events as possible. @NYC Rebel said was so true about how there isn't much brothers out at these events 
I was in the Woodson institute subgroup for a Pan-African school program for black kids 9-13 and it was literally, me and 3 other men and about 11 women

It's a shame, but many of us tend to internalize racism, buying directly into the system that is killing us.
Doesn't help that everyone seems to agree that "tough love" is the only appropriate kind of love that black parents should afford their children. See : The admiration that the "protest mom" has received.
And...all this shyt ends up feeding off of each other. So when it benefits whites, acting shytty towards our children is applauded as being someone who "gets it". "If only all those ****** parents acted like them!"
Other times, this same shyt will be seen as callous and cold. "Black parents don't love their own children".
It's sad...black parents often HAVE to be harsher on our children....the price for them fukking up is SO damn high. Criminal record/prison time/or even death.
Don't harshly punish your kid? Don't put that boot in his ass....the consequences can be great. Because "lad culture"/"horseplay"/"boys being boys" is only afforded to whites. You're kid will get shot.
And it's fukked up....because from what I've read (And witnessed first hand), the majority of experts and the like seem to be moving away from *heavily* punishment based parenting. Positive reinforcement of good behavior seems to be the trend right now (At least in America). Just fukking up our psyche even more...
But alas....his ass was grass anyways....one thing our community needs is massive education on this modern surveillance culture. Like....a bunch of these cats are out there in their easily identifiable casual clothes that they wear everywhere...no masks...like, these cats haven't seen a Law & Order episode? These cops can track your face pretty easily.
