That is the thing I was trying to explain to explain people who are going so hard about the rioting. Look we are not saying it is right but some of these people are frustrated...the generation before them of their elders dropped the ball and failed them and are too afraid to admit it. People forget it was the the congressional black caucus in the 80s who cosigned many of those crack laws.
