We all know what we saw on video. But the police will change the narrative to one that will make sure they don't get punished even though they city is still liable. The police chief was on tv saying Gray was able to use his legs to get in the van.. That's a key statement or lie that absolves the cops of direct responsibility. They are very strategic about what they are saying. The cops had plenty of time to doctor up their police reports which will no doubt all say his legs where functional when he got in the van. They will claim the video is inconclusive since people get dragged to police vans all the time and he was resisting arrest. Just watch.
