This.. Not sure how i feel about this story now.. Me and @BmoreGorilla said in the beginning that the black cops were just as bad as the white cops here. But now is this really a race story anymore? You know whites are going to eat this shyt up now that 3 of the officers are black.

Does it make sense, from a legal standpoint, that only the driver was charged with murder?

from what I heard, the driver is most responsible for the people in custody. like it's their job to make sure they are in seatbelts(gray wasn't) and it's their job to make sure they have safe passage

A cop is a cop, I don't care about the race. But you can't lie, its mostly a white cop who shots an unarmed black suspect. So all police officers need to do better. They are doing a piss poor job, and people are dying.
