Ridiculous. I see dirt bike riders and the so called rice rockets only so often when the weather breaks. I never see it enough for it to become an irritant to me. As someone who doesn't ride a bike I actually find it entertaining when I see folks poppin wheelies and speeding down the ave. I don't agree with those dudes being on the sidewalk, which is not only illegal but dangerous and stupid. Other than that, no harm no foul. Whatever happened to folks minding their own business?
