Flacco has been a bottom 10 QB in the league since BAL gave him that contract and his stats compared to Matt Ryan over the duration of their career proves my point that Matt was/is the better QB. You can't say that because of one playoff run and a Super Bowl that that QB's career (Flacco) is better than a QB who has consistently been a top 5-10 QB (Matt Ryan). And the fact that the Ravens drafted Lamar Jackson in the first round proves my point. Falcons added Ridley to complement our QB, they drafted Lamar Jackson to be their next QB because their current QB is trash

The more I think about this pick, the more I'm confident in him balling out.

Played in a very pro-style offense with trash receivers, is porbably already more accurate than checkdown Joe has been the last while throwing 2 yard routes constantly, and will be the most dynamic QB on his feet from day one. A little cleanup on his mechanics and pocket presence and he'll ball out. (Also we need rid of Harbaugh)

I just saw the Jaire Alexander video on BSO of him reacting to finding out Lamar was drafted. He looked like he wanted to cry. That just shows you the love that entire team even the defense has for Lamar as a friend and leader. He paused
