The offensive coordinator position has been a revolving door since 2013. Flacco ain't 100% at fault. Hell, 2014 was a good season with kubiack....but it was a launching pad for another head coaching gig so it was back to square one.

Cam Cameron had a decent system in place....but his play calling and timing was bad. Jim Caldwell kept the same exact plays...but his play calling was better, lol.
