Nothing wrong with that. The New comers cane improve the quality of life for the people that have already been there, well, in theory that would be how it works. Likely they'll get priced over and moved to the suburbs. Or, move to another low income neighborhood.

Honestly, I just want the city to improve, at this point we need gentrification.
